Elevated (hillside) with beautiful woodwork, wood floors, tall ceilings, antique furnishings yet modern kitchen and bath. Private dining room, parlor. Full 3 stories ; main floor living, kitchen, dining; 2nd floor 2 bedrooms and sitting room, and bath, 3rd floor large expansive renovated attic with separate bedroom and sitting area. This is a quiet home with radiator heat, up to date appliances, beautiful views from the enclosed front porch. There is a large unfinished basement with laundry facility, and covered entrance from the basement to the garage. Due to the multiple levels, the house has a lot of staircases to climb so may not be appropriate for those who cannot manage stairs. We also recommend bringing slippers with rubber soles.
