It is conveniently located near the clubhouse where you can enjoy pool, ping pong, air hockey, a pool and a hot tub.Great for summer and winter attractions!Only a five minute walk to the bus stop! Assigned parking space!STR20-00314High speed WiFi and cable are provided in the living room and the bedroom as well as books and DVDs for the whole family. There is a Nintendo 64 in the condo with four controllers and many games.We keep bikes on the balcony that are free to use with a signed liability waiver. There are two parking spaces. One is assigned and one is guest parking.As in most of Summit County, there is no air conditioning at our listing. With the cool mountain air, it just isn't necessary.We also pro
