Possibly see a javelina, cotton tail or jack rabbit, roadrunner, mule deer, elk, bobcat or coyote. The property is on water catchment for water and solar energy for electricity. Water is not drinkable you will need to supply your own drinking water. The backup generator is currently out of service so conservation is essential if there is a cloudy day as you could lose power.We are located 34 miles from Terlingua Ghost Town, 32 miles from Big Bend National Park. Terlingua Ranch Lodge is 6 miles and features a laundromat, Bad Rabbit Cafe and pool for a small daily fee.GUEST AC
