Lastly, three sets of Tubbs snowshoes come with the home. Enjoy winter right from your backyard in a home away from home.Note: Please, NO snowmobiles or snowmobile gear on the property.Our cozy oasis is within a mile of Michigan Tech (and their fabulous recreational trails), within 2 miles of Downtown Houghton, and within 11 miles of Mt. Ripley, the Quincy Mine, and the Houghton County airport. If the location wasn’t enough, you’ll love our place because it’s super cozy, and you get the whole house - so it’s private, too!
