Robert Frost spent his summers here as a young boy, and Lake Willoughby has been featured on the pages of National Geographic and is known as one of the most iconic, picturesque lakes in the US! We rent the home year round, most notably however of course is the summer and fall seasons. We are also closely located to several known ski destinations, Jay Peak Resort and Burke Mountain which are about 45 mins and 25 mins respectively from our home. There are also a number of other winter sport activities in the region. The summers offer a wide variety of activities to include boating, hiking, swimming, numerous mountain biking trails now associated with the Kingdom Trail Association, or just cruising the northeast kingdom in search of Vermont's famed country stores or breweries...
