It also has no house on the left so allows for a lot of nature and quiet. Beautiful view of mountains from the backyard! It has a wonderful fireplace for the winter months that heats the whole house. Close to just about everything in Salida and Poncha Springs. 15-20 minutes to Monarch Mountain and the hot springs. So much to do in this beautiful town. 3 bedrooms that make this perfect for families. Master bedroom has a new king bed and has a connecting bathroom. The bathroom has the washer and dryer in it. The second bedroom has a queen bed in it and the third bedroom has full size bunk beds. In the living room is a beanbag chair that converts to a queen bed and there is also a twin size cot available.
