Charming Bungalow centrally located, updated, close to all the downtowns (Royal Oak, Ferndale, Birmingham and Detroit). 2 Bedrooms in the first floor and 3rd bedroom on the master on the second floor, great internet, amazing shower! washer and dryer!Location wise doesn't get any better than this location, very quick to get on the highway and anywhere in southeast Michigan. Make a note that the house is right on a road parallel to the highway, noise inside is very minimal to the point that several long term renters never had an issue with it (including yours truly, I felt the same as any place far from the highway), but as a disclaimer I would say if you're very particular and sensitive to even small noise then take note, this might not be the place for you, also getting out with the car you have to back out into traffic (although you can maneuver so you don't back out and instead go front first) again never an issue when I asked renters about it; so if eith
