Located in York, North Dakota, United States. Short Sands walking distance to beach and downtown Location is everything! Newly renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage. Walking distance to the beach and downtown area. Fun o Rama, The Goldenrod, shops and Restaurants all less then 5 min walk. Master bedroom has a comfy queen pillow top mattress, flat screen tv and AC . Second bedroom has bunk beds. Top bunk is a twin bottom is a full size bed and a twin trundle bed, flat screen tv and AC. Full size Washer and Dryer in unit. Living room area has a new sleep sofa that pulls out to a full size bed and Flat screen tv and AC. Kitchen Is fully equipped. There’s a patio set and gas grill on the deck with a retractable awning. One of our favorite things about our place is parking the car and having everything within walking distance.
