All of the rooms have ocean views; half of the rooms have a view of the Nubble Light House. From the deck, lower level sunroom, or sunny dining room there are panoramic views from Long Sands Beach to the Nubble Light. On a clear night, you can see four lighthouses(from left to right): Nubble or Cape Neddick Light, Boon Island Lighthouse, the Isle of Shoals, and Whaleback Light. No bedroom is more than 7 steps from a bathroom. There are four queen bedrooms, and one with two twin beds.
