Waterfront Two Bedroom House Lovely two bedroom, one bath in a rural residential area of McFarland on inlet that connects to Yahara River and Lake Kegonsa. The home is situated next to a charming campground and marina in nature. Enjoy fishing off the pier in summer! Lake Kegonsa State Park Trail is nearby for walking or snowshoeing. Just a 20 minute drive to downtown Madison! NO PARTIES. You will be asked to leave if there is any party activity seen. My two bedroom home has one king bed and a bunk bed with a trundle bed. There is also sleeping space on the pull out couch in the living room. There is Roku TV (no cable) in the living room and one bedroom. I also have a fully equipped kitchen with coffee and tea. There is not central air in the home, only window AC units and ceiling fans. Pets are NOT allowed. Smoking is NOT allowed. Only two vehicles are allowed to park in the driveway.Guests have access to entire house, except for garage. You may fish on the piers in the summer months.
