Boat launch is just 3 minutes away. Only 1/2 hour from Gore mountain and 45 minutes from Lake Placid. Great place for snowmobiles. State trails are right behind house. Great for fishing or just hanging at beach. Lots of places to go for day trips. Fire pit in yard for night time get togethers and big front porch to relax on and read a good book
