The single-story house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a remodeled, entertainers kitchen that opens to a great room. There is a bar, table and seating area with gas fireplace. The TV room also has a fireplace and comfortable seating. The backyard is lovely with a large grassy area, seating, teak dining set, salt water pool and spa and large tree to provide shade. You are welcome to pick oranges, grapefruit, avocados and guava (when in season) from our mature fruit trees.We are very conveniently located to everything north county has to offer. Some of our favorites that are all within 10 minutes include Stone Brewery, Forgotten Barrel winery, downtown Escondido (with its Friday night car shows that run April-Sept), hikes/walks, Wild Animal Park, golf, grocery stores, etc. We are about 25 minutes from the beaches, Legoland, and coastal charm.The pool is solar
