Located in Satsuma, near both Crescent Lake and the St. Johns River. The main house is 1440 square feet, situated on 2 lots. In the main house there are 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, beautiful kitchen and living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large bathroom. There is a sitting room with a television and refrigerator attached. The sitting room is considered bedroom 2, the sofa pulls out into a double bed. There are doors separating the sitting room and master bedroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is a second full bath. The kitchen is beautiful with all new appliances, fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. The coffee maker is a Keurig. There are 2 islands with granite countertops for dining inside. The living room is very comfortable with a large TV. There is also a full sized washer and dryer. The bunk house has 5 single bunk beds, full kitch
