Unlike all other houses in the area, a tractor did not level the lava to build a structure. The Whale House is constructed entirely on original, untouched lava flow just yards from the Pacific Ocean.The Whale House is a stand-alone house that is rented to only one guest, or guest group at a time. It boasts a huge wraparound lanai providing stunning ocean and garden views. This 1820 square foot house includes a full size kitchen with a dishwasher. Two identical Master Suites are on the second floor, each with comfortable king beds and private en-suite bathrooms. there are two additional bedrooms on the ground floor (each with a king bed).
