The house is a new(ish) build, finished in 2015 and designed for cold weather standards. Rent it out with the adjacent side (Salty Suite VRBO #1062288) and you can accommodate twelve. We do reserve the house for stays of 5 nights or longer when booking further out than 30 days and 7 nights or longer when booking 60 days or more in advance. Exceptions are made so feel free to ask. Likely reasons we would give an exception: If the stay fit well with an existing adjacent stay on the calendar (no long gaps in between); If the dates are in the shoulder seasons (not June - August); If you were wanting both sides for a longish stay...Each side has the living area on the second floor along with a master bedroom.
