Though not on the beach, this home is inspired by our local area which is well known for our soft sand beaches. There is a nearby park for the kiddos, a kayak launch, fishing pier, boat launches, etc. Pensacola NAS is also just a short drive from the home. Guests have full use of the home, carport, and small sectioned backyard with deck for sitting, though don't have access to the garage or the main backyard where owner's still keep personal items. Guests do have a deck in the backyard to enjoy with a privacy fence. Only 5 minutes to downtown Pensacola and 15-20 minutes to the beach. Gentrification is occurring in Pensacola neighborhoods and you will see a mix of homes (new construction to updated to those not yet revitalized), but it is generally quiet and very safe.
