Property includes 5 acres with two houses and a barn. The 1500 square foot free-standing guest house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The King bedroom and one Queen bedroom share a Jack and Jill bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is also a Queen. The second bathroom has a large shower. The home is handicap friendly with a low entry step, walk-in shower, and grab bars.There is a full kitchen and laundry, central heating and air, ceiling fans, a whole house fan, wi-fi, and TV.Downtown Lodi is full of great restaurants, breweries, winery tasting rooms, a
