Studio Guest house on a 1.5 acre fenced property

The building is separate from the main house in which we live. Distance between the 2 buildings is 44 feet. We are home most of the time and can easily be reached. This is not a one bedroom apartment with a separate bedroom but a small studio with a pantry kitchen and a queen size bed.
