The Neighborhood is on a Rehoboth bay tributary where you have direct access to the water where you can enjoy the kayaking, crabbing, fishing, relaxing, boat watching and be amazed by the most beautiful sunsets. There is free access to the large pool and kiddie pool as well as access to recreational areas such as a playground, pickleball and basketball courts, bocce and more! Popular beaches like Rehoboth are only a short drive away! This property is awesome! It is within a gated community which is great for safety. The community has a clubhouse area that has a large olympic size pool, baby pool and a snack bar! Lots of fun things to do up there and it's all free for guests. We provide pool passes without charge as well. The house itself is about a block and a half away from the water. You can walk, ride bikes or drive to the water area in just a couple minutes.
