There are two buildings-this building has been renovated but the front building is still under construction. We are offering this as a discounted place to stay during this time since so many people were displaced during the storms until our Grand Opening. Expect construction on the property but not in your unit/building. Pets allowed IF they get along with others only (pet fee applies). Smoking in unit absolutely not allowed.No smoking inside the room or near room with door or window open. Please note, any indication of smoking inside the room or near room where smoke smell (any type-cigs or weed) can get in the room will result in eviction without question and forfeiture of security deposit. We are sticklers on this as we worked hard to make this a beautiful building and don't want it stinky. Just smoke outside away from the doors. We do require a credit card on file with Salty Dog V
