On rainy days you can curl up around the inside gas fireplace and enjoy the view while staying dry.The house sits in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood so guests must abide by quiet hours from 9pm-8am while outside. NO LOUD EVENTS OR PARTIES OF ANY KIND. The first floor is open concept with the kitchen, dining area, and living room. There is a bedroom off the living room and bathroom off the kitchen.
