Located in Austin, New York, United States. East Downtown Family Home Please read full description- this is our personal home and some amenities are included / not included because of this. We require a two night minimum stay on regular weekends and a three night minimum stay on holidays, three day weekends and big events in Austin including but not limited to: Austin City Limits weekends in October, F1 racing in October, the week around Thanksgiving in November, the two weeks around Christmas and New Years and the Texas spring break (SXSW festival). We have a bright open kitchen, dining and living space downstairs with a piano and fresh water aquarium for your entertainment. Our dining room table comfortably seats 8 and can be extended with two leaves to seat up to 12. The island has an additional four stools to sit at. This open concept looks out to our fenced in back yard where we have toys, balls, slides, swings, tables for adults and children, speakers, fan, and a gas grill.In place of a TV in our home, we have a pull dow
