Newly remodeled Angola/Point Breeze, NY cottage on Lake Erie Beautiful, newly-renovated three bedroom (three queen beds/one full-size futon), one bath, air-conditioned cottage on the shores of Lake Erie, approximately 25 miles south of Buffalo, NY. Lake Erie Public beach is across the street - lifeguards, picnic facilities, and playground available for your use. Cottage has fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator with water and icemaker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots and pans), patio with table and grill, fire pit, parking, flat screen TV with Netflix only, air conditioning/heat, beach chairs, washer/dryer. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Grocery stores, drugstores, dollar stores, ice creams, restaurants, bars and parks all within a 10-minute ride. Keypad entry.
