Grab your favorite cold beverage, your boat, float or preferred water toy, and dock up at the private pier at “Sip into Sunset”! Take in the most breathtaking sunsets where the Rivah meets the bay! Hot tub opening March 13, 2024!This vintage 60’s fishing cottage, located on quaint Gwynn’s Island, has been updated with modern amenities and professionally decorated for your relaxing stay! Launch one of our kayaks or our SUP directly from our private dock (adult life jackets provided), or use our giant floating mat for a lazy day in the water. Pop in for a swim from the easy access swim ladder. Fish and crab right from the dock with our poles and crab pots, enjoy a nice bottle with friends while dolphin watching or stargazing and finish the day with a hot outdoor shower (seasonally) under the stars. For a beach day, head to our community beach only 2 blocks away. You can use our two adult bikes to pedal over.
