Four friends created this little hideaway just outside Tenants Harbor in St. George, Maine. The house is set back off States Point Road and at the corner of Rt 131 for easy access to local amenities. Large windows and tall ceilings fill this brand-new build with light and views of the woods at Briney Point. One bedroom + a queen bed, a fold out couch and one and a half baths can comfortably accommodate four people. Note for tall folks - the bed is tucked into the slope of the ceiling :) Brand new appliances and ample space make for delightful meals or just coffee and reading as the morning light filters in from the east. State of the art windows and insulation keep this space warm in the winters and cool in the summers with radiant heat. No AC, but fans on site for your use!
