Ours is a rare end unit with a balcony. We are in a great location, with mostly "ski-in/ski-out" access. When the snow level allows, there is a groomed trail about 20 feet from our door which leads to the mid mountain Ritz Carlton Gondola & full mnt access. With less coverage you will have a 5 minute walk across the parking area to the groomed slope at most. There's no need to take the shuttle or get in your car.
