Up against forest The cabin located on Lake Tahoe's famous West Shore in the Sunnyside area and up against the Kent Nat. forest. And our property HOA has our own private beach (700'). The cabin looks over the forest which makes it very private as there are no homes in the back, only the forest. The road in front has very light traffic and the whole neighborhood is very peaceful. Parking for 4 to 5 cars and full snow removal is automatically done in the winter. You can walk to our private beach which has benches, picnic tables, bar be cues, play ground, horseshoes, basketball & volleyball all on Lake Tahoe. Your can also walk to the famous Sunnyside Resort Which is next to our property. There two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs and each has a queen-size bed.
