Guest will have a designated car parking spot in the Condos Complex with no extra cost.The condo has one bedroom, a living room, a full bathroom, a full equipped kitchen with new appliances, a balcony, and private laundry (new washer and dryer).The condo has newly installed split-unit air conditioning in both living room and bedroom.The condo is for maximum 4 guests, with a queen-size bed in the bedroom, a double-size comfy air mattress and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The linens are provided.The living room has a 3-seat couch which can be converted to a s
