Located in Atlantic Beach, New York, United States. Waterfront, Poolside, King Bd, Ground-Floor, & WiFi Ground floor efficiency unit 113 facing the large pool. The ocean is across the street...a 2 minute walk and we have our own flashing pedestrian light crosswalk for direct ocean access. We also own the unit next door...just steps away! This unit, VRBO #360453, is also ground floor-pool facing . We're located at Bogue Shores Condominiums which is well known for its family friendly atmosphere and close to everything! The unit is small and most comfortable for 2 adults; however it is possible to sleep four (4) by using the sleeper sofa if you have 2 small children. We cannot accept rentals for 4 adults. No exceptions. - Boats are not permitted to be brought by renters.- Linens and Towels and basic supply of paper towels (1) and toilet paper (1) are provided for renters.- Fully stocked kitchenette.- Full bathroom (tub and shower) but it is small.- Large adult pool and separate fenced in kiddie pool. - Sound side pier on property.-
