On the first floor is a full bar that seats up to 10 people and is only steps away from the canal where you can fish or swim. The bar also has a large TV where you can sit back and relax and enjoy the outdoor space all day and night. On the other side of the house has a private pool where you can cool off & relax. Pool can be heated for additional fee, but spa is not available for heating. One of the full bathrooms is on the ground floor and is used mostly to shower after coming from the beach or getting out of the water. Kayak and outdoor refrigerator is on this ground level!The second story has a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the amenities from home. There is a large granite dining table that seats up to 10 peop
