Located in Water Island, New York, United States. 3BR house, direct ocean views in Water Island, Fire Island! Book now for 2025! Water Island is a very small, secluded but friendly town on Fire Island, in between FI Pines and Davis Park. It is accessible by a direct ferry from Sayville. As with the rest of Fire Island, there are no cars. In Water Island, there are also no public buildings - only about 40-50 houses. It's absolute heaven.Our ocean-front house has direct and unobstructed views of the Atlantic and the bay is only about 1-city block away. The house has three bedrooms, two with a full-sized double bed and one with a queen. There are one and a half baths and an outdoor shower as well. We have a gas grill, a lovely hammock, an outdoor picnic table with umbrella and deck chairs. There is a washer/dryer, weekly garbage pick-up and Wi-Fi. All sheets, towels, kitchenware, etc. provided.We are looking for one couple or family - no group shares and no smokers. One dog allowed; no cats.Available 2025 full season of July 1-
