SUNSET POINTE **Beautiful 6br 4ba Lakefront House with Gorgeous Sunsets** This lake front home is located in a low traffic, open cove, just off the main lake. Enjoy swimming, fishing, boating or just relaxing in the perfect location. Being renters in the past, we have tried to provide all the amenities we always looked for. In this house, the living room furniture is brand new and features 3 reclining leather loveseats (6 seats in total). There are 2 full sized refrigerators and also 250lb Ice machine to keep your coolers and drinks nice and cold. There is only 6 steps and a very gentle slope to the oversized boathouse/sundeck. The new boat house features a second story sundeck, all composite decking, a bar area as well as a small refrigerator/freezer and many more upgrades. There are lots of water toys that both children and adults can enjoy. We have extra lifejackets and towables for those who bring their own boat. Our boats remain on the lifts, however, we will have 10 bumpe
