The "Lake House" is the perfect cottage for you and your family to come spend some time swimming in the lake, or to stay while visiting someone you know! Recently remodeled in 2021 complete with central air conditioning. It has one floor with 3 bedrooms and one full bath. Back patio has a grill and smokeless fire pit as well as a front deck with a table and chairs. Lots of space for animals to run around outside and enough paved parking for 4 cars! Just a 30 second walk to the water. Our dock has plenty of space for several boats to tie up and stairs into shallow swimming area.New in August 2023 Stacked washer and dryer with steam. There is also a clothes line if you prefer outdoor fresh.
