These units have a true 1bd and full size kitchen. This unit can sleep 2-4 max, we only allow a max of 4 guests. Our 1bds are generally booked by long term guests and have had a lot of turnover. The furniture is less than 5 years old but definitely starting to show its age. These units are very popular for the full size kitchen and floorplan. Our most common complaints are noise and smells from neighbors, neighborhood off the freeway, occasional pests like ants during the summer months and the locks needing battery changes. The carpet is showing its age and may have varying levels of staining. We are changing over to hard flooring over time but your ass
