The floor plan is great for multiple families or groups with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 living spaces. The upstairs has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One is a ensuite. The downstairs is the same but one of the bedrooms is a bunk room with 4 beds. If you need an extra beds, you'll find a pull out couch in the downstairs and there is a trundle bed if you need a place for another child. You'll find a hot tub on the deck next to the screened-in porch and a pool table and ping pong table downstairs. The house sits on 3 acres with woods all around. We have seating inside for 16 as well as dining for 8 more on the deck and porch. In the winter months, we would strongly recommend 4-wheel drive vehicles for the secondary roads and for our driveway, which is steep. We do our best with plowing but it is not guaranteed because the plowing services hand
