This studio apartment sits on a 5-acre parcel that once was included in the adjacent 64-acre farm. This barn studio sits about 100 yards from our main house and houses our newest “sister” studio as well, the Milton View, by way of a new addition that sits on the other side. It's a great place to enjoy a summer sunset from your own balcony, or just hang out and breathe the fresh country
