We have a kayak launch and plenty of room for your boat.Our indoor upgrades included getting a Tempur Pedic king-size adjustable bed for the master bedroom (raise the head or feet). All the TVs are now 4K smart TVs, which we mounted. We put in a smart house system that can serve as your morning fishing alarm and play music via Pandora. A lock box for the front door and a smart lock on the back door makes it easy to check in and check out.
