Sunset deck in rear yard leads to a dock behind the house for kayakers, fishing and crabbing, or just sitting watching the creek go by with a good book. Beach access and bay just across the street for the best of both worlds. Upper level loft provides another living space to enjoy some quiet time -- complete with sofa, powder room, bedroom with queen bed, and adjacent kid's room with lego table. Great outdoor shower. Just minutes to quaint Milton with supermarket and dining, and Lewes/Rehoboth Beach with its fine dining, boardwalk and outlet shopping. House sleeps 8, but up to 10 guests allow
