The Farmhouse on Martin Lane Situated between Lewes and Rehoboth, and just off Route 1, our updated little farmhouse is the perfect home base for your stay at the Delaware beaches. Enjoy the convenience of shopping, entertainment and dining destinations on Route 1, or a 4-mile ride to beaches and downtown Rehoboth or Lewes. We are also just a .5 mile walk to the Rt. 1 at Rehoboth Mall DART bus stop.This property features a newly updated and fully equipped kitchen, updated bathroom, washer and dryer, newly installed air conditioning, a grill, and patio area shaded by mature trees. There is one large bedroom with a queen-size bed on the first floor. There is one large bedroom with a queen-size bed and two smaller bedrooms each with a twin bed are on the second floor. We are new to VRBO but we are not new to the area. My wife grew up here, and we will be glad to share with you our favorite places and activities. We are not calling this house a farmhouse just because it's trendy. I
