We are located in a family-friendly, residential neighborhood and we live in the upper level of this duplex. You might hear our footsteps and the sounds of daily living from time to time; however, your space downstairs is completely private, with a separate entrance. Guests and neighbors love the silence and calm of the area. This entrance to the property takes you into a foyer, with the option to go "up" or "down" stairs. The "up" unit is our private home and the "down" unit is for guests. It is possible that we use this entry occasionally to access our home, but it is not common as we have an entrance on the opposite side of the house. The foyer will be accessed for cleaning, but your shoes, coats, etc. left in this area are completely safe!There is plenty of off-street, FREE parking. A cov
