Long term tenants do live on the first floor. They are quiet and respectful.Your stay comes with an additional sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has it's own two-sink bathroom and walk-in closet and pack-n-play with fitted sheet.There's a TV in the living room as well as in the master bedroom. There is a washer and dryer included in your stay
