This property is surrounded by tall pine trees and offers a great feeling of being out in nature. Being in the Cowan Subdivision you are within a short distance to the Island Park reservoir. Many guests enjoy fishing, boating and jet skiing on the reservoir. In the early morning and later evening it's a great time to go kayaking. Black Bear Bungalow has two private bedrooms and one bathroom all on level. The cabin includes with an equipped kitchen with all the amenities of home and an outdoor grill. There is a fire pit out as well but you'll want to bring your own firewood.
