Our house is lake front property situated at the head of Boone Lake/tail-waters of the South-fork of the Holston River. There is a dock that is available for shared use where you can dock you water vessel or just sit and sun. Unit#1 - The upper level of the house has 3 bedrooms, a full bath, dining room, living room, and a large kitchen with double french doors that lead to a 14' X 36' cover deck. Unit#2 - The lower level has 1 large bedroom with 2 Queen beds, a full bath, den with sleeper sofa and kitchen . The house can be rented as a whole or either level can be rented separately. Bring a group or just a couple and your needs can be met. Maximum number for groups will be limited to 12 guest. (This property is not intended for use as a family reunion site unless that is arranged with the owner prior to booking. Property is furnished for the maximum number of payin
