It is primarily geared towards guests needing to come to Houston for medical care, but when it is not occupied, we open it to other guests to allow us to reduce the price for cancer patients and their families in Houston for treatment. It is a cozy stay in a multi-cultural area, with a fruit orchard next door. If you want to host a party, please do so elsewhere. Otherwise, guests of all backgrounds are welcome. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests; please contact us if you have additional day use visitors. We do have video monitoring outside, so we can make sure only approved guests are on-site. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Guest Occupancy Agreement signature is required. No smoking, vaping, or pets are allowed on the property.
