And we're within 4 minute walk from University of Tennessee Chattanooga (UTC).The spaceThe king bedroom (upstairs) has attached full bath as well as our downstairs twin bedroom has attached full bath. We have an extra matress under the twin bed if guests need it.Upstairs the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has a bunk. The bunk bed is double on bottom and twin on top. The bottom bed can hold up to 200 lbs and top bunk 125 lbs. Please do not use if over this weight limit.Guest accessYou will have access to the entire home and there is plenty of street parking at the front of the home!
