In October, come for the Wooly Worm festival in Banner Elk.Canoeing, fishing, hiking, even mountain bike trails are all an easy drive from the cabin (everything is ON Beech Mountain), as well as two open decks and a balcony on our property. You'll see deer for sure, and if you're lucky, you'll see bears, skunks, birds, and many other animals.Play cornhole on the porch, eat your meals outside, hang up the hammock for a nap, or just open the windows to enjoy the cool mountain air.
