We got hit hard by the hurricane, but things are back to pre-hurricane times and every day gets better not to mention the weather is great! Please note that while our home did not sustain much damage at all, the properties adjacent to ours were damaged, but our backyard is completely fenced so it feels like a private oasis. The island is still in recovery mode but everyday there is progress. New stores and restaurants open daily and the beaches are looking really terrific. We have high speed internet and there are many restaurants now open on the island (Bayfront Bistro, Yucatan, Snug Harbor, Cabanas, Tiki Bar, Wahoo Willies many food trucks, Margaritaville, etc) the weather is great.
