Watch the waves, surfers, dolphins, whales, boats and gorgeous sunsets (look for a "green flash"). The deck is shared with one other attached unit, which is also available on VRBO. Both units can be rented together for a total of 4 bedrooms (check the calendar for availability).There is close beach access, down 109 stairs to the beach/beach trail or a quarter-mile drive to North Beach. The pier is a short one-mile walk. There is surfing directly in front of the house ("204s" on surfing maps, other surfing spots are a short drive).
