It is an ocean-front complex located 2.4 miles south of the Garden City Pier. It is the southern-most condo complex of Garden City Beach before reaching what is known as The Point. It is fully gated with private beach access and an ocean-front pool. Our unit is on the 3rd-floor, on the street side.
