Sound front private beach, gazebo for crabbing, entry for water toys, one block to beach that is never crowded, A/C, tennis courts, bbq, pool is right outside but out of view (shared with 4 other soundfront houses), park like grounds for playing bocce, soccer…peace, space, and beauty,,,,it’s a special spot. Two miles to Sanderling and two miles to town of Duck. Loads of great restaurants and shopping. Bike path about 5 miles long. Dark skies for stargazing and lots of evening fun with ghost crabs. Sorry, two important factors to keep in mind: 1) NO PETS. and 2) any reservation is fully refundable for 5 days after being made. After that, there are no refunds.
